By placing an order, you agree to the FACEswag Custom Terms or Service. You must indicate this via the T&C checkbox at checkout. We've summarised some of the most important points: Our products are personalised and made-to-order. As such there are relevant artwork, production and shipping timelines that begin 48 hours after your artwork has been sent to you. These timelines are estimates only. View our estimates here. We spend extensive time producing artwork. It is created and printed for personal use only and must not be on-sold. By uploading a face or image, you declare that you have permission to do so, and to have artwork created and printed, or that you own the rights to print an image.

From time-to-time we may share the artwork (incl. product previews) that we create on our social media accounts and website. We will always give you an opportunity to opt-out of this (in our personalised artwork preview SMS), and will take down any content on your request (support@faceswag.com.au). Please send us your Instagram handle if you'd like a shout-out (happy to so a delayed post for a special occasions). You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Country of Origin
Our embroidery products, and all t-shirt products are produced with base products with a country of origin of China, India or Bangladesh, Honduras, Haiti, or Nicaragua. Our dye sublimation range, including Custom Hoodie Blankets, has a country of origin of China.

Custom Hoodie Blankets
FACEswag produces personalised Custom Hoodie Blankets. This product is not a custom Oodie. We are not affiliated, nor do we have a relationship with The Oodie. Custom Hoodie blankets are not available, and will not be shipped to customers in the United States.
