The FACEswag Portraits delivery process:
- Our artists draw your artwork from scratch (we're currently providing FREE mockups so that you can check your product and artwork before it's produced. If you make any changes this obviously adds to the timelines)
- We produce your item (so that our products match the quality of your custom artwork and hit our high durability requirements, most of our apparel lines are individually cut into panels, dye-sublimated and then stitched)
- We ship your item
We offer two delivery packages (think of them like airline tickets) with different delivery timeframes and extra inclusions.
We deliver across Australia and New Zealand.

Premium
We’ll prioritise your artwork, production & shipping.
Premium Delivery Inclusions:
- High-res digital face artwork file via email
- Mockup of your new artwork on your ordered item(s)
- Post-artwork delivery estimate (production + shipping): 2-3 business days
- $20 voucher to use on your next order!
